I like the idea, its great to have all of the nutritional information laid out and guidance for a variety of caloric targets, but the author's meal plan includes 5 UNIQUE recipes EVERY DAY, many of which take 30-60min to prepare. If you followed the traditional meal prep strategy of making everything on Sunday to have ready for the week, you wouldn't have enough waking hours in the day to make all of this food!!! Many of the recipes also require things like significant quantities of sprouted beans, which in and of themselves take multiple days to prepare! Following these meal plans is a full time job, and for that reason, I haven't managed to make even one day's worth. Waste of money in my opinion, completely overwhelming and unrealistic
I like this book very much. I have not had time to use all of the 30 day meal plan, but I will try it soon.

This book is heaven sent.. The clear nutritional information is amazing and makes cooking and understanding what eating what does to your body. I have already started to use this as a guide on how to plan my meals to better my daily nutritional needs. The recipes are where I fall in love. It’s so simple and helps take so much guess work out so you’re not eating the same items over and over. I would highly recommend. Well done!
