This book is very good. It is what it says it is and the author seems to me to be very knowledgable
The main point of this book is to develop a system for following up with fsbos. Enjoy
This book is so basic even for an agent just starting out. Its title is misleading, as most of the book is not about FSBOs. The author uses stats from a 10-year-old NAR survey and includes suggestions that include getting a cell phone if you don't have one! Don't waste your time and money on this one.
The Real Estate Agent's Guide to FSBOs is by far, one of the absolute best books you could purchase as a new agent. The author give you practical, usable advise without crossing over that "legal" line in the business. He even helps you with the dreaded "cold calls" to FSBOs! This book exceeded my expectations.
Book was choppy, author didn't stay on topic. What he wrote as a guide to FSBO's could've been condensed to one chapter. If you are looking for a book to help you work listings this isn't it.
